As a parent herself Celia is very committed to the view that children should be protected from the conflict sometimes experienced between their parents and, subject to their safety and welfare being protected, that children should have the right to a good quality relationship with both parents post separation. Celia has acted on a number of difficult Children Act cases through the courts which have resulted in successful outcomes for her clients in terms of maintaining their relationships with their estranged children.
